The Eastern Cape Gospel Partnership (ECGP) is a trust established to promote Christian ministry amongst university students in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. The present focus of this work is the Bible Speaks Today (BST) ministry at Nelson Mandela University, Port Elizabeth. The trust involves a partnership of churches and individuals in both Australia and South Africa who are concerned for the strategic growth of Christ-centred and Bible-based fellowships in the burgeoning universities of the Eastern Cape.
Eastern Cape
The Eastern Cape is the second-largest of the nine South African provinces, stretching several hundred kilometers along the South-Eastern coast, and as far inland as Lesotho. Its largest city is Port Elizabeth, where Nelson Mandela University is located.
